Your worth isn’t a good day

Desert dunes beneath a crescent moon at blue hour

Disclosed AI-generated artwork.

Some days the light is thin. You didn’t shine. You were short. You forgot. You stayed in bed too long, or not long enough. Then the old math starts: if I am not useful, I am less.

That math is a lie you were taught. Worth isn’t a mood. It isn’t a score. The moon doesn’t become less itself because the dunes are in shadow.

You can have a poor day and still be a person who deserves water, a blanket, a second chance at dinner.

When the day is grey, don’t hold a trial. Hold a cup. Tomorrow can be different. You don’t have to be.
