The mind can rest without being fixed

The boats are already home. They aren’t being improved. They’re tied, and the water is still, and that’s a whole evening.
You may believe rest is for later — after the anxiety is gone, after you understand yourself, after you’re easy to be around. That bargain keeps you working in a shop that never closes.
Rest now, unfinished. A still mind for ten minutes isn’t a cure. It’s a mercy. Mercy is allowed in the middle of the work.
If you cannot rest because the mind won’t stop, and it has been this way a long time, a person trained for that can help. We’ll walk you to Help. We won’t pretend we’re that person.
